In version 10.0.0.785, I have Send to: Compressed folder Desktop (create shortcut) Mail recipient My Documents These exist above the Mail.... and Fax.... options. I've highlighted all the photies in the folder, clicked on File, and then clicked on compressed folder so then a new compressed zip folder appeared in the the files to be sent and then right clicking on the selection to bring up the context sensitive help dialogue and then "Send To" and choose "Mail Recipient".

Sendto shortcuts
Now I have the shortcuts that I am supposed to (compressed folder, mail recipient, etc) in addition to ALL the other crap. When I right click and go to the send to option I have way too many options. I can send to all of my personal folders and drives, but in the send to folder none of these things are listed.

adding to 'send to' list
The properties of Compressed Folder, Desktop (create s.) Mail Recipient and My Documents list them as "Unknown application". Search your C: drive for a folder called SendTo (it may be hidden) and look at the properties of the utility that you expect to use to create and send your email - probably Outlook

Here is what is shown when I send to Desktop as shortcut. Right Click on a file - Send To: My Documents Compressed Folder Any Folder Clipboard Command Line etc........ Desktop (Create Shortcut) Does not do what it says. Tries to send to Mail Recipient CMC, shown below. I found settings under My Computer - Control

Right click send to error need some help!
Open the My Documents folder, right click on a blank space, on popup dialog window choose New, on it's menu choose Compressed Folder. Copy the folder you want to send into compressed folder. Right click compressed folder, choose Send To, on it's menu choose Mail Recipient.

Then when I had saved a file to my desktop ( to scan it first) and I Right Clicked to send to my choices were as follows 31/2 Floppy A Compressed Folder ( I use Outlook Express as my Default Mail Handler) Before I had d/l MS Office I could right click from my Desktop and Send To Mail Recipient without any fuss
